ALAN HEYS AN EXCEPTIONAL MAN Alan passed away on Friday 12th December 2014 aged 73 years with Ann his wife at his side. He was born in Waterfoot in the Rossendale Valley. After his marriage he lived in Bury then Greenmount where he brought up two daughters Beverley and Julia, who in turn each had two daughters Mary, Jenny, Erica and April. He was dearly loved by family and friends, Alan was an exceptional man who ran a successful fireplace business for many years and also turned his hand to many other successful ventures. Most people who know him have a story to tell about him, he was a real character and will be sadly missed. The funeral service and committal will take place at East Lancashire Crematorium Radcliffe on Tuesday 23rd December 2014 at 10am.
