KEITH BROCKBANK On 23rd September 2015 peacefully at home in Radcliffe with his family around him. Aged 69 years. Beloved husband of Helene, loving father of Jonathan and Christopher, dear brother of David, Karen and the late Allan and uncle to many. The service and committal will be at Radcliffe Crematorium on Tuesday 6th October at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please.
