JACK BROOKS On 14 March 2017, peacefully at Bury Hospice, aged 74 years. Beloved husband of Pat, loving dad of Mark, Joanne and Justine, dear father in law of Michelle, Andrew and Neil and a cherished grandad of Ian, Sam, Chris, Tom and Lillie. The service and committal will be at Radcliffe Crematorium on Thursday 23 March at 3.30pm. Family flowers only.
