John Derek Howard Eve and family wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind messages of sympathy and donations for Bury Hospice received following their sad loss. These thanks are extended to all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff who have cared for Derek at Fairfield General Hospital and Bury Hospice, to the staff of Radcliffe Pharmacy for their kindness, Rev Philip Brookes for his kind ministrations, Silletts for their wonderful service and all who attended the funeral.
