JOSEF NOVAK Sheila and her family would like to thank all their relatives and friends for their kindness and sympathy, letters, cards and donations and for attending Joe's funeral service & celebration of his life. Special thanks go to the Ambulance Service and to the doctors and nurses from Wards B2 and B4 at Royal Blackburn Hospital, who cared for him so well during his final days. Thank you to Fr. Andrew Starkie for leading a beautiful service, to Colonel Jiri Svatos, Defence Attache from the Czech Embassy, and to the two Standard Bearers. Our thanks also to everyone at Booth & Wolstenholme Funeral Service for their efficiency and compassion shown to the family throughout.
