BETTY HOLDEN The family of the late Betty Holden would like to thank family and friends for all their cards, kind words, floral tributes and donations to Dementia UK. Thank you to Rev. Philip Norris for the lovely service and celebration of Betty's life. A special thanks to all the staff of Lavender Hills Care Home for looking after Betty so well over the past three years. Also, many thanks to the staff of wards B2 and B4 of the Royal Blackburn Hospital for their excellent care of Betty in her final days. Thanks also to Lisa at Booth and Wolstenholme Funeral Services for her guidance and support.
