KEN SMITH 27.11.40 - 23.7.16 Ken's family would like to thank every one for their kind messages of condolence and cards received. Thank you to all staff on ward 21 at Fairfield Hospital for their care during Ken's illness and thank you to Huntley Mount Medical Centre and Pharmacy. Finally thanks to Unsworths Funeral Service for their sympathetic and dignified arrangements.
