THOMAS FARNWORTH The family of the late Thomas would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards, flowers and donations received for The Alzheimer's Society during their recent sad loss. Special thanks to the staff at Brookdale for their care and support, Father Francis for a lovely mass and to Bernadette at Fairfield House Funeral Home for her professional and dignified arrangements.
