Our February meeting welcomed, Deb Jefferson, who is part of the NHS, and advises on how to improve your health and wellbeing. Literature and information on how to access the different services were distributed. the talk covered many aspects of health issues and how to keep fit.

Tell Us Once, is a public service, that gives citizens the opportunity to inform central and local government of changes in their circumstances such as a birth or a death, allowing for all details to be attended to on one notification. A demonstration by the older generation, (who represent 40% society) will take place outside Parliament, 6, March, where a petition on the lack of ministerial representation and this countries attitude towards ageism, will be presented. The protest has been organised by, Age Uk .
