Tuesday 24th April Prestwich Co op Camera Club Members viewed the ICPA Colour Print Folio consisting of one hundred and four prints, covering all photographic genre, from 15 Clubs.

Multi talented Club Treasurer, Phil Yates, ably assisted by Jack Heathcote, presented the folio and enhanced the experience with his expert and oft times very witty commentary. Members were encouraged to participate with their judgements. There was unanimous disagreement over the Print entitled 'Church Lamp' which was awarded 'Best Picture'. 'Billy in the Coal Hole', which scored nineteen points and was Highly Commended was much more popular.

Prestwich Club had 8 prints in the folio. Three prints by Michael Oates, Dream Tide and Evening at Ennerdale Water each awarded eighteen points and Professor Sir Arnold Wolfended awarded seventeen points. Mike Killilea was awarded seventeen points each for Waxwing and Puffin with Sand eels. Stuart Wilson was also awarded seventeen points for Farmer at work and Red Squirrel. Reza Hassanpouri's Giant's Causeway also got seventeen points.

Tuesday 8th May 2012 will be a practical task night in the form of a Print workshop.
