BURY'S Food and Drink Festival gets under way tomorrow with a launch party at Automatic in Market Street in Bury.
Visitors can try a range of dishes from head chef Andy Mahon, and the evening will feature the winning "design a dessert" entry, a competition which invited children to dream up a wacky but edible sweet course. A charity auction will raise money for Bury Hospice, and the night starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are available from the Tourist Information Centre or Automatic.
