A VERY big thank you from all of us in Bury Lions Club to all who donated to our collections for Children in Need in November, and also to those who donated to our own collections, and took part in our teddy tombolas, in the run-up to Christmas.
The amount collected for Children in Need was our best ever in 15 years, and we also collected a much needed boost to our own charity account.
Grateful thanks are due also of course to management and staff at Asda Bury, Asda Pilsworth, the Mill Gate Shopping Centre, and Tesco, for permission and facilities.
