SEVEN people have been charged following drugs raids on several addresses in Bury.
Police carried out the raids on Friday as part of Operation Nicobar, a bid to crackdown on drug dealing in the town.
Tayub Husnain, aged 30, of Heywood Street, Kasim Ahmed, aged 19, of Wolstenholme Avenue, Nicholas Lamb, aged 45, of Parkside Walk, Andrew Barlow, aged 38, of Moss Row, Victoria Holland, aged 30, of Seddon Ave, Annalise Kiely, aged 18, of Higher Dean Street, and a 17-year-old girl who cannot be named for legal reasons have all been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
They were due to appear in at Bury Magistrates court today.
