POLICE have released CCTV images in connection with an arson in Bury.
At about 1.40pm on September 18, offenders set fire to a fridge that was in the alleyway behind Ditto Bistro in Broad Street.
The fire spread to the back door of the restaurant, causing damage to the door and roof.
The fire service attended and extinguished the fire and no-one was hurt.
Police have launched an investigation and are appealing for help to trace the three people in the CCTV images.
Police Constable Aaron McFadden of, Greater Manchester Police, said: "This incident caused significant damage to the property and could have caused serious injury.
“We would like to appeal to anyone who may have been in the area at the time or saw anyone acting suspiciously to come forward.
“If you recognise the three people in the CCTV images, please get in touch with police.”
