PARTNERS at Bury-based Clough & Willis have welcomed two new trainee solicitors, Laura McGuckin and Rebecca Green.
The move comes as a former trainee, Karen Yates, celebrates her admission to the profession. Karen, from Bury, qualified as a solicitor following a two-year training contract at Clough & Willis and will be joining the company's successful conveyancing department.
Tim Gray, training partner, said: "We are delighted that Karen has decided to continue her career at Clough & Willis. As a firm, we are committed to training our future solicitors and provide a diverse and challenging training experience."
The two new faces bring the total number of trainees to four. Laura, originally from Northern Ireland, and Rebecca from Bolton have joined the family and conveyancing department respectively.
Clough & Willis has carried out an image makeover, redesigning its Manchester Road headquarters and its website.
The firm has other offices in Knowsley Street, Bury, and Market Chambers, Radcliffe.
It has also created a new logo in a bid to increase its appeal to clients. The website can be visited at www.clough-willis.co.uk.
