FILM director Danny Boyle could be reunited with his Trainspotting collaborator Irvine Welsh, if rumours are to be believed.
Welsh is currently working on the screenplay about two Scots who fooled the music industry by pretending to be American gangster rappers.
And the writer has said that Boyle, who directed the adaptation of his best known book in 1996, is “top of his wish list” to work on the film.
It is reported that Welsh has written to the Radcliffe-born director about the film, and the production team are currently waiting to hear if he will be able to fit it in around his other filming commitments.
