CHETHAM’S School of Music is showcasing more of its musical talent at Bury Parish Church in the next two Friday lunchtime concerts Tomorrow the four young musicians performing are Bury girl Lucy Vallis, mezzo-soprano; David Shaw, violin; Elliot Gresty, clarinet; and Georgia Hannant, violin.
On May 28, 14-year-old trombonist Peter Moore — who won the Young Musician of the Year in 2008 when only aged 12 — will appear.
Admission is £4 tomorrow and £5 on May 28. Both concerts begin at 12.30pm.
