CORONATION Street star Sam Aston – better known by fans as Chesney Brown – was on hand for the official opening of a new fitness and dance studio aiming to revolutionise exercise for young people.
The Zone, in Bolton Street, is the country's first teens-only fitness centre and has already attracted more than 350 members since it opened its doors on September 26.
The new facility, founded by Carol Godby, is promising to give youngsters a unique opportunity to be trained by elite athletes, including professional boxers, footballers, bodybuilders, MMA fighters, gymnasts and internationally renowned choreographers, who have worked with the likes of Taylor Swift and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.
Last month ex-Manchester United footballer Ryan Giggs treated the studio's first members to a private kickabout ahead of its official opening.
