A Bury firm has “excelled” by winning a double industry accolade.

Microcare Systems Ltd have been awarded “Expert and Customer Excellence Partner” by business telecoms and data solutions provider Avaya.

Microcare’s managing director Carl Lowe explained: “This double award is in relation to Avaya’s IP Office 500 Telephone System which is the number one telephone system solution in Europe.

“The Avaya IP 500 system is suited for small to medium enterprise’s sizing from five to 500 users and has the perfect applications and devices to meet all small to medium enterprise business needs.”

The prestigious award allows Microcare to sell, install and maintain the full Avaya IP Office 500 telephone and unified communications system nationwide.

The Bury firm was chosen after an independent survey which embraced not only its customers, but the service which it offers to such a high standard.

Mr Lowe added: “All our sales and engineering teams along with internal process and documentation were assessed in detail during the accreditation process. “One of the significant benefits of all is that we are amongst the top resellers in the UK who have been awarded both these accreditations.”

Microcare, which is based on the Warth Industrial Estate in Radcliffe Road, harnesses years of experience and expertise within the competitive telecoms and IT industry.

The company has more than 1,000 small to medium enterprise customers throughout the UK and deals with many large corporate and central Government establishments for both telecoms and IT services.
