For she has launched her own domestic cleaning company franchise which she hopes will literally become a household name throughout the Bury area. The mother-of-two runs the local franchise of Time For You which sources cleaners and customers.
All staff are vetted and visits made to the homes of prospective clients. Cleaning can be carried out weekly, fortnightly or whenever to suit the customers.
Running her own cleaning business is rather a radical departure for 39-year-old Amanda, of Broomfield Close. She said: "I've been a hairdresser for 22 years. But I always wanted to work for myself.
