A RADCLIFFE business is hoping to give disadvantaged children a happier Christmas, after joining an appeal to collect presents.

Fairy Godmothers' Pamper Palace will be a drop-off point for donations to the Mission Christmas appeal, organised by Key 103.

Owner Rebecca Warwick said: "I have seen campaigns like this one before and we thought that now we have opened the business and are in a position to help it was the ideal opportunity.

"It's a great cause that helps children in the area living in poverty and I hope people in Radcliffe will do what they can to help."

New and unwrapped gifts suitable for children and young people up to the age of 18 can be dropped off at the business in Stand Lane.
