A SPECIAL general meeting is to be held at Ramsbottom Cricket Club on Wednesday, June 11 at 7.30pm for the purpose of amending the club's rules and bye-laws to meet English Cricket Board (ECB) criteria for grant funding.
The amendments will consider the procedure on the distribution of assets of any dissolution of the club.
Only bona fide senior members are allowed to attend.
