On Saturday July 4th 2009, the hall at Tottington High School will be full to bursting when some of the country's finest brass band players join us to perform a varied programme of Brass Band Music. The Conductor will be David Evans and will feature Robert Westacott, Principal Cornet of the Grimethorpe Colliery Band, and other big names in the music scene.

The evening will also mark the retirement of our Headteacher Mr Alan Scott, who leaves us after 20 very successful and happy years at the school.

The evening will commence at 7pm with a hot pot supper (included in the price) and licensed bar. Our school orchestra will entertain you prior to the concert which begins at 8pm.

Tickets are now on sale (£10 adults, £7.50 concessionary) and can be obtained by contacting the school on 01204 882327. Demand is expected to be high so don't be disappointed - reserve your tickets NOW!

Book the date in your diary now - we look forward to seeing you on July 4t
