Two teenage Bury Amateur Boxing Club members have been in action recently.
On Sunday, October 15, 17-year-old Courtney Wolstenholme fought in the 57-60kg England Boxing Development semi-finals, held at Cannock Leisure Centre.
She fought well before losing on points against the more experienced Kitty Dehawkswell.
Six days later, 14-year-old Saif Imran, fighting at 50kg, competed in his first skills bout against James Edge, of Eccles ABC, on the Eccles home show.
