NEW signing Michael Norton continues to dazzle in pre-season but his efforts proved in vain as FC United went down 2-1 at Cliftonville on Saturday.
Norton’s goal in Belfast was the former Curzon Ashton striker’s second in two warm-up games.
Karl Marginson’s side drew 0-0 at Oldham Borough in midweek. FC continue their friendly action at Glossop North End last night before travelling to AFC Telford United on Saturday and Wigan Robin Park on Tuesday.
