Seven minutes of added time after a stoppage in play to allow Brian Jensen treatment to a head wound.

9:27pm

83 - Tutte strike palmed away by Clarke.

9:27pm

83 - Tutte strike palmed away by Clarke.

9:24pm

79 - Platt header easy for Clarke, but great build-up from Bury.

80 - SUB - Soares on for Forrester.

9:18pm

74 - SUB - Platt on for Akpa Akpro.

9:15pm

70 - Clarke gets down well to his right to palm a Nardiello shot round his post after the striker had pounced on a cross from Tutte.

71 - Calls for handball in the box from the resulting corner are waved away.

9:13pm

69 - McNulty does well to block a Kitson shot from close range.

9:08pm

63 - SUB - Connolly on for Constable, Kitson on for O'Dowda.

9:02pm

58 - GOAL - Bury 1 OXFORD UNITED 1 - Josh Ruffels heads in a Danny Rose corner at the back post.

9:00pm

56 - GOAL - BURY 1 Oxford United 0 - Craig Jones was on hand at the back post to fire into an empty net after Oxford keeper Ryan Clarke spilled a Daniel Nardiello cross.

8:59pm

55 - Callum O'Dowda controlled a ball in the box but had more time than he possibly realised after rushing his shot on the turn and putting it wide.

8:56pm

Straight swap for Bury, with Nardiello playing in the hole behind Forrester and Akpa Akpro.

8:53pm

50 - SUB - Nardiello on for Grimes

8:50pm

Second half underway

8:33pm

Bury 0 Oxford United 0

8:31pm

45+1 - YELLOW - David Hunt hauls down Forrester.

8:29pm

44 - Forrester just fails to get on the end of a deep Jones cross from the right.

8:27pm

40 - Smalley miscues a volley from the right but it goes straight across the edge of the six yard box and was begging to be fired home. Thankfully for Bury, no-one was on hand to deliver the finishing touch.

42 - Forrester is sent clear by a clever ball from Grimes but he runs out of gas and the break breaks down.

8:23pm

37 - Newey hits a rifght-footed drive down the throat of Bury keeper Brian Jensen.

8:21pm

36 - A scuffed shot from Grimes almost falls kindly for Akpa Akpro in the box but it trickles back to the keeper just out of his reach.

8:16pm

Not much goalmouth action in this one but Bury are once again dominating possession.

Oxford afre sitting deep, encouraging Bury to commit men forward.

It's not clear if they are trying to hatch some kind of counter attacking trap or simply can't get near the ball.

8:06pm

21 - Great turn by Forrester, who charges into box but skies his angled drive.

8:03pm

17 - Akpa Akpro checks into the box from the left but his curled shot is easy for the Oxford keeper.

18 - Rose jinks his way into the byline but his low cross it turned the wrong side of the post by Smalley.

8:02pm

Veseli took the free-kick but it is cleared. The Bury defender is ok with set-pieces but not throw-ins after going offield for a few minutes for treatment on a hand injury. Possibly dislocated a finger on his right hand.

8:00pm

14 - YELLOW - Newey for foul on Jones.

7:58pm

11 - Amazing cheek from McNulty to dummy the Oxford forwards and bring the ball out of his defence. Very cool, but also dangerous on this surface.

12 - Ruffles has a shot charged down from the edge of the box after going past Mills with ease.

7:55pm

10 - Forrester misses a golden chance, heading a Tutte cross into the floor from six yards put and the Oxford keeper gathers it under his crossbar.

7:45pm

Oxford get the match underway...

A decent point against a team who are currently unbeaten in their last 13 away games and pushing for promotion in 3rd position.

There was certainly no lack of endeavour and David is moulding a good team together who are difficult to beat.

Perhaps if Veseli had been replaced after he sustained a hand injury the mistake from a corner conceeded might have been avoided but that's football.Full credit to the lad though for playing through the pain barrier.

Let's Bury those cheeky Gulls on Saturday and prove what a plain side Torks are.

Another decent performance last night, that probably deserved 3pts. The backline again looked comfortable and solid.....and tbh, didn't really come under that much pressure. Frustrating that their goal came so soon after ours...and another free header too...arghhhh. I think if we'd have helf firm for the next 10 minutes or so, we'd have won the game, but i guess it's all "ifs and buts".
Better finishing from Forrester in the 1st half and Nardiello in the 2nd would have given us a deserved victory, but i guess a point's better than none.

If we're a bit more clinical infront of goal (and defend corners better), then there's no reason why the lads can pick up the 3pts on the South coast at the weekend.

Onwards and upwards.
UTS!!!!!!!!

1 loss in 7 and this team is coming together under the brilliant management of Flits and Co. Let's face it boys and girls, 4 points from two home games is a good return. More importantly, the 4 points are made up from team's we need to beat (Wycombe) and draw against (OXford) who we would not be expected to beat at this stage, is fantastic.
Oxford have not lost in 13 away games. We did well.
Defense is looking so good and give the lads up front to gel and the goals will come. What a great goal from Craig, poacher goal.

What a 180 degree turnaround from the last of KB and Co.

4 more points from the next two away games will set us up for a push to the Top-10.

Well done to EVERYONE at the club....you make us proud to be Bury F C fans.
