KEITH BUCKLER MBE Retired Bury General Consultant Surgeon, Keith Buckler, passed away peacefully on 6th May. An active member of his local community, and trusted friend to many, he was a keen supporter of numerous charities in the UK and overseas. Much loved husband to Janet, father to Sarah and Simon, and Grampy to Noah and Joshua, he will be greatly missed. A private family funeral due to current restrictions, with plans for a memorial service at St Mary's, Allithwaite, Cumbria at a later date. So sorry to hear of your loss I knew Keith during my ownership of Highbank Nursing Home in Bury, he was a kind and gentle man who gave confidence to his patients and had a understanding of their needs.
I knew many medical staff and Keith ranks very high in the order.'
