DEREK BAMFORD Passed away at home on 16th April 2021, aged 83 years. Loving Father to Denise, Craig, Nigel and Graham and also the late Michelle and Damian, loving Grandad, Great-grandad, Brother and Uncle. Derek was a very talented singer and musician throughout his life and was always the life and soul of any party. His family have fond memories of him playing the harmonica and piano accordion and he was very popular around Bury and will be sorely missed by all his friends. Rarely seen without a cap, he enjoyed fishing, walking and making home brew beer and wine. A funeral service will take place at Fred Hamer Chapel of Rest at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 6th May 2021, led by Philip Norris, followed by interment at Bury Cemetery at 11.00 a.m. Family flowers only.
