A 31-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering Robert Hart at the Parklife Weekender Festival.
Police arrested the man, who is from Cheshire, on June 21, and he is now being questioned in custody.
Mr Hart, aged 26, died on June 11 in hospital after being attacked at the Parklife Weekender Festival on June 7.
Last week, his family made an emotional appeal to track down his killer.
Organisers of the Parklife Weekender also offered a £20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man responsible for the death of Mr Hart.
Det Insp Richard Eales said: "Over the last two weeks, we have received a huge amount support by both the public and the media for the appeal to help find the person responsible.
"We now have a man in custody but that doesn't mean the investigation is at an end. We are continuing to investigate and we are renewing our appeal for information or any relevant footage."
