A CONVICTED rapist who police wished to trace after he allegedly absconded from a bail hostel in Bury has been found.
Luke Jones, aged 25, was released on license from prison on September 16.
He is serving a serving imposed in 2012 for raping a 25-year-old woman in Manchester city centre.
Police issued an appeal to locate the 25-year-old on Sunday because it is alleged he breached his licence conditions days after being released from prison by failing to stay at a bail hostel in Bury.
The force said yesterday evening Jones had been arrested on suspicion of breaching his bail conditions.
