A TEENAGER has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Bolton town centre.
Ryan Edwards, aged 18, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.
It is in connection with an incident in Bradshawgate at around 5.30am on Saturday, where police were called to reports a man had been stabbed.
Edwards, of Shaw Street in Bury, was charged in the early hours of this morning and was due to appear at magistrates' court today.
A 23-year-old man is now in a stable condition in hospital.
