A DANCE school is inviting people to put their best foot forward and try out a free ballet class.
Led by the Janet Lomas School of Dancing, the Silver Swans ballet class for over 55s will be held from 2.30pm to 4.30pm on October 7, at Blackford Bridge United Reformed Church in Manchester Road, Bury.
Silver Swans classes are gentle, fun ballet classes specifically designed for the over 55s, tailored to help improve mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels.
The class has been organised as part of Silver Sunday, a day of events annual held of the first Sunday in October, by the Sir Simon Milton Foundation charity which works to reduce loneliness and isolation in older people.
