A MAN was arrested after a collision which left a vehicle upturned on its roof.
Police arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking without consent following a crash in Market Street, Bury, at the junction with Parkhills Road.
Officers were called to reports of a collision between a red Volkswagen Golf and a black Volkswagen Golf shortly before 11.15pm on Thursday, January 3.
A 23-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment and later arrested.
He has since been released under investigation.
A police spokeswoman said: "Officers attended and a 23-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
"He was later arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking without consent and has been released under investigation."
