Weather conditions affecting rush hour commute
A YELLOW warning for snow and ice is currently in force, with weather conditions affected this morning's rush hour commute.
Traffic is said to be heavier than normal and travelling very slow on the M66 southbound from the A56 Ramsbottom junction to junction two at Rochdale Road, Bury.
Weather conditions are said not to be helping the situation.
