A MAN has received a police caution after a cannabis farm was discovered following a house fire.
Fire crews were called to Ringley Road West in Radcliffe shortly before 7.10pm on Tuesday to reports of a blaze at a property.
There they uncovered a cannabis farm and called the police.
A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivation of the drugs, and he was later cautioned and released, officers confirmed.
A quantity of suspected cannabis plants were also seized by the police.
Officers told the Bury Times that enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
