MAGISTRATES have placed a man on the sex offenders’ register for five years after he admitted sending phone messages which were sexual to an under-age girl in May and June last year.
Adam Fewings, aged 44, of Walshaw Road, Bury, was given a community sentence with 150 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to participate in 60 days of a sex offenders’ programme.
Manchester magistrates also made Fewings subject to a sexual harm prevention order for five years and he must pay £207 in costs and charges.
