Screwdriver
MAGISTRATES have sentenced a man to a conditional discharge for 18 months after he was caught away from his home with a screwdriver.
At Manchester Magistrates' Court Thomas Baker, aged 42, of Burns Avenue, Bury, pleaded guilty to having an article for use in theft on January 22.
He was ordered to pay a £21 victim surcharge and the screwdriver was forfeited and destroyed.
