A TEENAGER was involved in a collision with a bus on a main road through Bury this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the A56 Walmersley Road following reports of a collision at around 3.15pm on Wednesday May 26.
Officers at the scene found a boy, 16, who had been hit by a bus on the road.
No arrests have been following initial enquiries into the crash, it has been confirmed.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "Officers were called just after 3.15pm today (May 26) to Walmersley Road to a report of a collision.
"Emergency services attended and enquiries established a 16-year-old male pedestrian had been in collision with a bus.
"No arrests have been made."
North West Ambulance Service has been contacted for more information.
