BUSES will replace trams between Bury and Manchester city centre over the next three days as investigations continue following a blaze.
Following the recent underground fire on Balloon Street, Manchester, work has been continuing with Electricity North West to determine the root cause.
As a result, the provider will be undertaking urgent utility works between Thursday July 8 and Sunday July 11, resulting in changes to Metrolink services.
During this time, a replacement bus service will operate to connect Bury and Rochdale services into the city centre.
