Men's health charity AndysManClub set up shop outside Tesco Bury to promote conversation around men’s mental health.

The suicide prevention charity was represented at the store by Jay and Luke James Tetlow-Cross, who were promoting the charity by encouraging shoppers to stop by their stall.

Males aged 45 to 49 continue to have the highest suicide rates in the UK and AndysManClub aim to tackle this through the power of conversation.

The group aim to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health through their free-to-attend, peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.

Luke said:  “We have been here since 9.30 am and want to let people know what we do, how it works and get talking. We really want to get people through the door, share their stories, how they have dealt with their mental health and speak up.

People can visit  AndysManClub here, or attend a session at Bury Sports Club, Radcliffe Rd, BL9 9JX.
