Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have launched a CCTV appeal after a man was stabbed at the Crumpsall Metrolink stop.
The stop is part of the Bury line into Manchester and the incident happened at around 11.30pm on Monday.
The victim was a man in his 20s and was threatened by another man for money.
The man was then stabbed but is not suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may recognise the man in CCTV images that have been shared online.
Sharing the pictures, a GMP Manchester North spokesman said: “Can you help us identify this man?
“Officers are looking to speak to him after a stabbing on Crumpsall Metrolink Station.
“At around 11:30pm on Monday, a man in his 20s suffered from non-life-threatening injuries after a man threatened him for money.
“Enquiries are ongoing, and officers are keen to identify the individual. Anyone with information should contact detectives on 0161 856 1146.
“Information can also be shared anonymously via the independent charity – Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
