Once they are in our lives, it’s difficult to imagine life without them, but with the cost of living crisis, insuring pets is another bill to budget for.

UK consumer Which? has revealed the most expensive dog and cat breeds to insure, using figures from Confused.com with an average price of what you could expect to pay in 2022.
