A man was taken to hospital after a crash in Bury between a car and a motorbike today, Friday.

The crash happened on Bolton Road between the Shell petrol station and Colville Drive in Seddons Farm at around 11.05am.

The road between Mile Lane and Colville Drive was closed following the incident.

A man was taken to hospital but it not believed to have "life-changing or life-threatening" injuries.

No arrests have been made.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “This was a road traffic collision between a vehicle and a motorcyclist, where the latter has hit the former.

“However, a man has been taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening and no arrests have been made.”
