This listed former cotton mill was at the centre of a major debate back in 1982.
Plans had been submitted for the former Mount Pleasant Mill at Nangreaves to be converted into 21 homes with a communal garage.
The mill closed in 1983 and in the late 1980s a fire meant that the building had to be demolished.
