Police are searching for a man wanted on recall to prison who has links to the borough.

Melvyn Gee, 57, is wanted on recall to prison and is known to have links to Bury and Prestwich.

Anyone who knows his whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately.

A spokesperson for GMP Bury North said: “GMP are appealing for the public’s help to trace Melvyn Gee (14/11/1965) who is wanted on recall to prison.
“He has links to the Bury and Prestwich areas of Greater Manchester.
