The Frankie and Benny’s restaurant at The Rock Shopping Shopping Centre is available for leasehold sale with estate agents Savills after it shut a couple of months ago.

The premises, located next to the Vue cinema, has a rent price of £102,801 per year.
The Savills description states: "The restaurant comprises a corner unit occupying part of the ground floor of The Rock Shopping Centre complex.
"There is an external seating terrace to the side elevation.
"Held for a term of 25 years with effect from July 16, 2010 at a current rent of £102,801 per annum. The next rent review is July 16, 2025.
"The lease benefits from a tenant break option on July 16, 2025 upon at least six months written notice.
"The most recent annual service charge was £26,658."
