Concerns are growing about a teenager who has been missing since earlier on Sunday afternoon.

The teenager, who police have identified as “Ethan” was last seen in the Heaton Fold area of Bury at around 12.30pm on Sunday, February 18.

Police officers have now appealed to members of the public to help them find him.

A Greater Manchester Police (GMP) spokesperson said: “Can you help GMP find a missing teenager from Bury?

“Ethan was last seen on Heaton Fold at around 12:30pm.

“Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about him and want to make sure he is safe and well.

“Any information should call 101 quoting 1558 of 18/02/2024.”

According to police, Ethan is around six feet tall with dark “shaggy” blond hair.

He was last seen wearing  a Superdry coat with orange zips, blue jeans and black New Balance trainers.

Officers have encouraged anyone who may have any information about his whereabouts and help them make sure he is safe and well.

Police regularly share appeals to help them find people who have gone missing in a bid to encourage members of the public to help trace them.

Officers have urged people to always call 999 in the event of an emergency.
