The Red Rose dining experience has returned to the East Lancashire Railway (ELR) this year offering a luxury dining experience.

For those who like to treat themselves to fine food, great company and idyllic scenery, the Red Rose Diner has it all.

The evening will begin with a sparkling welcome drink as diners are directed to their table and carriage by their personal waiter, who will cater to every need for an evening of the highest standards.

There will then be a four-course meal served whilst diners ride through the Irwell Valley.

The train is a restored pullman-style carriage to add to the atmospheric journey.

Boarding will commence at 7.15pm and will return to Bury Bolton Street Station at 10.15pm.
