A motorist has been arrested after reportedly driving 30mph on a section of the M60.

Officers say that they spotted the Vauxhall Corsa between junction 10 and 11, and they stopped on Liverpool Road, Eccles.

The driver allegedly provided a positive breath sample.

He remains in police custody.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police Traffic, said: “The Vauxhall Corsa was seen driving at 30mph between junction 10 and 11 of the M60.
