A spate of burglaries have been reported in the early hours of Saturday.
The suspected burglary and vehicle interference incidents are believed to have happened across several roads in Prestwich between 2am and 8am.
Police say they believe the incidents happened on Bury Old Road, Albert Road, Bury New Road and Bland Road and that an investigation is underway.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “Bury's Neighbourhood Crime Team are investigating a spate of vehicle interference and burglary incidents that occurred overnight between 2am and 8am on Saturday, April 27.
“The incidents occurred on Bury Old Road, Albert Road, Bury New Road and Bland Road in Prestwich.
“The suspect is described as a white male with a large build, wearing all black clothing and wearing a baseball cap.
“He may also have been carrying a large black and white carrier bag.

“We would like to ask residents within the Sedgley Park area of Prestwich to review any CCTV cameras or ring door bells to see if the male described above is captured.”
Police have asked anyone with any footage to email it to investigating officer PC Molyneaux at 14118@gmp.police.uk or to call their office on 0161 8568222.
